The Mesquites at Riverbend has a community pool located at the South-East end of the development by the mailboxes. The pool area is open during the summer months and includes a grill/fire pit area, as well as a restroom and pool furniture for communal use.

Built in 2023, the Mesquites at Riverbend little free library is for all community members to take and leave books at their leisure.  You can find the little free library on the south side of the south stree in the development in the common area between lot 26 and 27. 

Our library is an Official Little Free Library, charter #161819 and is managed by the HOA Board social committee.
